Looduse Omnibuss sõidab igal nädalavahetusel, nädalalõpu reisikavad kuulutatakse välja nädala keskel. Tallinnast, Tartust ja/või Pärnust väljuvale bussile võib retkedele sõita igaüks.
Looduse Omnibussi eesmärk on muuta looduses käimine ja looduse tundmaõppimine elulaadi loomulikuks osaks.
