Kui osa Eesti elektritarbijaid on juba esimesed vabaturu arved kätte saanud, siis Imatra Elekter hakkab välja saatma esimesi arveid täna õhtul, homme hommikul.
„Käitamine ja testimine võttis aega,” ütles Imatra Elektri elektrimüügi direktor Sven Pitkve. Ta lisas, et Imatra ei tahtnud kiirustada ja vigu teha. „Mõned on arveid juba tagasi võtnud.”
Elektriarve koos elektrienergia, maksude ja võrguteenusega tuleb nüüd keskmiselt 16–20% varasemast suurem, sõnas Pitkve.

Imatra Elektril on 20 000 klienti, kuid arveid tuleb esitada poole vähem, sest kõik ei maksa elektri eest igakuiselt.
